§ 8-17. Constitution and bylaws for volunteer members.

(a)

Purpose: The provisions of Section 8-17 of Article III were replaced by the Town of North Wilkesboro Fire Department Standard Operating Guidelines first adopted on June 1, 2008, later amended on August 5, 2014 and March 6, 2018. All future amendments shall be recommended by the Town Manager, in consultation with the chief of the fire department and all amendments shall be approved by the board of commissioners.

(b)

Compliance: This Amendment complies with Article 14 (Fire Protection) of the North Carolina General Statutes.
